Will Ferrell is the best thing in this but can't help thinking its a little bit dated and was the sort of comedy you would have loved in 2003 but we've moved on since then. 3 older men try to form a fraternity house to keep their university residence. The funniest part was when they had to perform 5 tasks to prove they were a proper fraternity and there are numerous pratfalls and Ferrell madcap antics.
Ok if you like that sort of thing.
