Review of Old Dogs (2009) by Lemonia M — 23 Jul 2011
I originally thought this movie was going to be awful. The gags in the previews looked tired and unfunny. But we ended up watching it and I was pleasantly surprised. I couldn't stop laughing throughout the whole movie! I know Robin Williams can turn out some stinkers every now and then, and Travolta's had less-than-favorable work, but the two of them together was really something special.
They had great chemistry together, and really do feel like they've worked together for years. It was a predictable film, and I really wasn't expecting anything astounding, so that helped. I recommend checking it out for a good laugh.
It really did make me laugh a lot.
