Review of Old (2021) by Lucasprevi — 23 Jul 2021
Shyamalan continues his positive streak that has been going on since "the visit" with this film that fully respects his style. Dazzling direction, absurd characters and grotesque elements. The plot twist in this case is not fully successful and does not do justice to the rest of the film.
Despite this, the film is quiet great and is probably among the best of the director. The soundtrack is excellent while the italian dubbing is unfortunately rather poor.
