Review of Okja (2017) by Ian K — 27 Jun 2017
Okja is a wildly entertaining watch, with a strong central message that is highlighted throughout the film. The acting from the talented cast is great especially Jake Gyllenhaal and Tilda Swinton. The film is shot beautifully with vibrant colors and beautiful landscapes.
Also, The film doesn't seem to veer of course and every shot and scene has a meaning. Bong Joon-Ho has created one of the most original, wacky, and unique films that I've seen and the industry needs more of.
