Review of Okja (2017) by Karl M — 30 Jun 2017
Like other Bong Joon Ho films, it's good in that it has an important subject in a relatable way through empathy with its protagonsists. And the plot actively avoids being a cookie-cutter story that many satires tend to be.
But it doesn't quite work as entertainment for any kind of audience.
