Amazing. A supremely entertaining and engaging film--the blend of "documentary" and fiction is not only seamless, it's also inseparable from the film's ultimate effect. What begins as something of a political expose soon turns into a satirical comedy and a sweet human drama, and the final scenes (where we watch other people listen to the final minutes of a soccer match that had already happened long before the film's release) are as edge-of-your-seat-thrilling as practically anything ever ever.
Such a marvelous movie.
