Review of Office Space (1992) by Christopher S — 24 Feb 2012
One of the most underrated films of the 1990s. If you ever worked in an office building before, you either laughed your ass off or cried because this film touched a nerve. Wonderful pacing by Mike Judge, which made for a fast 90 minutes.
Ron Livingston is forever typecast as the once spineless Peter Gibbons no matter what role he plays in future films. Same goes for Gary Cole and the memorable Bill Lumbergh. I always find myself quoting or referencing this film because the jokes never get old.
Every time I see it., I must stay and watch. One of the funniest films of all time and a must see for anyone who worked more than a week in an office environment.
