This would've work better as a two part season finale of a show. It pretty much felt like TV show quality. When I heard the name without watching any trailer footage. I thought it was a movie that will bring back characters from the actual show "The Office". Which c'mon would have been a whole lot better. Then I saw the trailer and instantly understood what type of movie it would be, a raunchy party movie. In the style of Project X. Where it's a party of unreal proportions, crazy stunts and a shit ton of drugs. Like an idiot, I thought there would be something in this bland film that I would like. I like the actors that are in the movie and, I thought there may be some scenes that office workers could relate to, besides the over-the-top party. I've worked some office jobs and I remember that parties and gatherings is where the truth comes out. Which coworker is hooking up with, or fighting with. The result of work gatherings and parties usually ends with gossip over the next work day. This film is so unrealistic that it feels more like an SNL skit, each scenes feel like a series of vignettes due to the bland story.

The premise: Tj Miller runs the Chicago branch of his late father's business, which is now being ran by his rivaled sibling played by Jennifer Aniston. Due to low productivity numbers, his sister threatens to close the site down. Tj Miller must woo a potential client in order to keep his branch afloat. So....let's put together an epic party bro!!! As soon as I seen a live animal and a acting nativity scene with baby Jesus. I knew where this was going, and I found myself forcing laughter during a lot of the scenes. I did have some genuine laughs, however it's by the numbers party movie. We all know the beats, one of the characters will have a conflict with the group and then resolve that issue by the end. I kinda felt like a lot of the actors were sleepwalking through this, Bateman, Anniston...hell even Miller. Yes Tj Miller is good at playing these type of doufouses however there's nothing special here in comparison to his performance in Deadpool. I understand that those are two different characters but at least make it somewhat believable that this guy is running a business.
