Willem Dafoe and Gregory Hines play plainclothes police in 1968 Saigon on the trail of a serial killer of whores in this 1988 thriller....Takes awhile to get into and the murder mystery isn't that hard to figure how who the killer is.
..but it's a decent movie with a good cast.
