A masterful adaptation of Steinbeck's great novel. The combination of Horton Foote's screenplay, Gary Sinise's near flawless direction, and John Malcovich's turn as the lovable but dim-witted Lenny, make this a "must see" film for all movie buffs and fans of twentieth century American literature.
