So this is what a Grand Prix is like: Seems simple and boring and yet, twenty minutes after the movie when I figure it all out it just dislodged me. I was crying for no apparent reason. Atheists and people of faith alike will get something substantial from this unlikely French blockbuster.
It's truly a unique experience that pushed the boundaries of cinema with its effective use of deliberate ommissions.
