Men risk their lives to scale the highest mountains, dive the deepest ocean, some even went to the moon etc. The frères had simply decided to be "brothers to all" and stay. Was it folly? Bravado? What is martyrdom? Is it just a categorical suicide? A mere stunt? If not for what? And for whose glory? A definite masterpiece of cinema.
Deserved winner of Cannes Grand Prix 2010. 5/5 stars.
