Slow moving but profoundly moving, "Of Gods and Men" is about 8 trappist monks living in Algeria among Muslims. When they are threatened by fundamentalist Muslims, they debate whether to leave or stay.
This is a work of simplicity and theological reflection. It highlights the true courage of monks seeking not to be martyrs but to love the community that they are in. Highly recommended.
