Roger Moore's age really begins to show here and there are some goofy moments that are just far too over the top, but I've always found it fun. I mean who doesn't want to see Roger Moore running around a circus, dressed as a clown, screaming that there is a nuclear bomb that he has to disarm.
And the title is just so fucking ridiculous.
