Review of Octopussy (1983) by Geraldo G — 29 Nov 2012
Roger is a great Bond, but it doesn't work if the movie is a bad Bond. Octopussy has very predictible and formulaic execution, the action gets lazier as the movie goes on, and the quimistry between Bond and the girl is bland.
Also, the villian is very forgetteable, and Roger starts to look a bit out of the track, through he plays good. Ultimately Octopussy is a Bond film you shouldn't be afraid to avoid, it has no spotlights or important moments, and also, how would you be atractted to such a stupid and bad title like "Octopussy"? Come on people.
