Review of Octopussy (1983) by Adam F — 15 Mar 2013
"Octopussy" has some really exciting action scenes towards the end and some of the gadgets in the movie are fun, but so much of the film feels like a cheap joke (Starting from the title) that it really undermines the good parts.
Like some of the other 80's bond films it's way too long and the subplots don't pay off enough to warrant their inclusion. It's a goofy entry in the James Bond series that picks up from time to time so if you're a die hard fan or if you want a ridiculous spy film you'll have a fun, otherwise you can skip this entry.
