This film is relevant despite what some reviewers want to believe. Good is a relative term. There may be many films with more exciting stories, acting, effects and so on, but many of those movies feed the audience a bunch of lies about life and love.
No matter how well made a film is(Titanic for one), I could never call it good if it is based on lies. October Baby tells the truth about life, what love is, and what love is not. So for that it is truly good!
