Review of Ocean's Thirteen (2007) by Steven C — 06 Apr 2012
There is something addictive about the combination of style and attitude that Steven Soderbergh has created in his three Danny Ocean films. "Ocean's Thirteen" is another zippy, involving and feisty caper that, thankfully, includes the spirited and witty performances, insanely beautiful cinematography, hopping score from David Holmes and a rewarding final heist that the pervious installments had.
If you enjoyed the prior two films, "Ocean's Eleven" and "Ocean's Twelve," "Ocean's Thirteen" will do very nicely. It should also be noted that this film contains the only other worthy Al Pacino performance from the decade, next to "Insomnia.
