Review of Ocean's Eleven (2001) by The Big P — 16 Jul 2014
Where to begin. Ocean's Eleven is a heist movie(as if you didn't already know that). But it's not your typical mindless, stupid, dumb fun heist movie. Ocean's Eleven is actually a very well thought out and very creative heist film.
The heist scene is an absolute blast and never had me wishing that it was over. The heist scene especially is very creative because of all the things that happen. From a fake death to a pretend beat down(you'll understand when you see it) the heist scene will never have you bored.
Another great thing about Ocean's Eleven are the characters. The characters are all very memorable and pretty damn likable. My favorite without a doubt were Casey Affleck's character and his brother.
Every scene they were in had me laughing. The performances were also great(as expected). The best, I would have to say, was definitely Brad Pitt. Overall, Ocean's Eleven is a very fun and very memorable heist film that I would strongly, strongly recommend.
