Review of Ocean's Eleven (1960) by Sarah G — 22 Oct 2009
It's like watching the 2001 version with all the fun stripped out of it. The glitz and glamour of Las Vegas is gone. On top of that, the heist is pulled off in such an unbelievable way that it's hard to even care.
They try to make it seem simple, but they don't (as in the remake) take into account the fact that Vegas is a labyrinth of security and robbing 5 casinos would take more than a smile.
