Review of Obvious Child (2014) by Cat V — 16 Jan 2015
Excellent film that approaches an often taboo subject with honesty and humor. Probably one of the most realistic and depictions of abortion I have ever seen. In a country where 1 in 3 women has an abortion in her lifetime, this representation is incredibly important.
I thoroughly enjoyed the film not only for this reason, but also because for its humor, relevance, realistic characters, and relatability.
