Review of Obsessed (2009) by Sarab — 24 Apr 2009
The overall movie is meant for pure entertainment, not to go down in AFI's best features of the year. It seems like two movies however, a somewhat Tyler Perry-esque feature about the struggles of a seemingly perfect marraige and a homage to Fatal Attraction (sans boiling bunnies) Ali Larter does an ok job, but the plot wasn't thrilling enough.
However, I'm sure fans will appreciate the over-the-top fight sequence between her and Beyonce. The acting overall is solid.
