Is this the rated R Paul Blart? Sure is but Seth Rogen and co probably packed in more chuckles. Jody Hill repeats the same formula he devised for FOOTFIST WAY with dark jokes, a splintered narrative, and a loveable underdog that has already sunk so low it hurts.
His work has a definite niche and if you're for it then this will probably hit all the right spots in terms of crude imagery, trashy white folks, and geeky badassery.
