No funny enough to be a comedy and not dark enough to be a dark comedy. It may because I so use to seeing Rogan a funny character. I was hoping for his character to grow, but he just stays crazy for most of the film and takes too long to do so.
.. and yes, it did remind me a lot of that other mall cop movie.
