Review of Oblivion (2013) by Randy Y — 31 Aug 2014
Believable special effects, but confusing and unable to keep my interest. Seems to be about a post-apocolyptic, sandy Earth where Tom Cruise prances around in a white leather star fighter suit, trying to figure things out, over-acting all the way.
Seems poorly paced, but that may just be the overly dramatic music with very little happening onscreen (aside from close-ups of Cruise's intense/confused face).
