Possibly the Coen's finest hour and, amongst their body of incredible work, this one will probably be the most timeless and well regarded. The relentlessly comic and farcical tone is played pitch perfect by the leads as they move from fantastical scene to scene.
I went in not anticipating an enjoyable experience but the bold characters transcended my aversion to the lead actors.
