Review of O (2001) by Christian C — 21 Aug 2007
Could have been done so much better, but still a very well done modern adaptation of Othello. Josh Hartnett is surprisingly believable as well as good, almost enough to make Hugo(Iago) remotely sympathetic.
Mekhi Phifer, however, is fantastic, his last monologue is incredibly performed. Would have been a lot better with a different director.
