Review of Nurse Betty (2000) by Nikita A — 16 Nov 2006
Nurse Betty, directed by Neil LaBute is a good film, although nothing special. The narrative is interesting and easy to follow, the pace is also good too. Renée Zellweger pulls off a good perfomance, she was ideally suited to this role as were Morgan Freeman and Chris Rock as the villains.
This film has a good level of comedy, Chris Rock being the most comedic character. I am not convinced by the final scene that it was a good choice, I think something better could have been pulled off personally which was a downfall, however I still think this film is aa good one to watch for just relaxing.
One to watch.
