After the first act, movie turns into "Catch me if you can".
A totally plotless brain-dead movie about doing a little Robin Hood and running from the cops than any magic tricks. And the droves of New Yorkers that somehow never get arrested but rewarded for accepting stolen money. No idea what this movie was trying to say.
