Put up a spectacle of great proportions, make the movie extremely flashy and bring in great stars, and then without placing a coherent story, expect the movie to be somehow riveting to its viewers.
The movie is an absolute disaster. Go for it if you are as much of an enthusiast as those playing the audience in the movie, who apparently cannot read through a series of bizzare magic tricks.
