I genuinely LOVED THIS MOVIE. Was it silly? Yes. I don't know what meter y'all are using for "bad movie"-- was it a Serious Dramatic Film? No, thank goodness. But unlike SOME Serious Dramatic Films I could mention, at least this movie seemed intentional & fully realized.
They knew what movie they wanted to make, and they made it! What more could you ask for! It is exactly what it was supposed to be, and even better, they learned from the first one, which took itself too seriously, and also didn't have enough MAGIC HEISTS.
This one is WALL-TO-WALL magic heists! With additional bonuses of: Jesse Eisenberg gets called nubile. Lizzie Caplan hits on Dave Franco by stealing his wallet and belt, and it works. Woody Harrelson plays his own character's weird twin.
If none of those things appeal to you, I worry about you, honestly.
