Full of glitzy magic sequences, but held together by endless misdirection, bad storytelling, key plot points hastily shoehorned in and not expanded upon (think "I am your father" and everyone going "oh, ok" and never mentioning it again), and almost none of the "behind the curtain" which made the first one enjoyable.
