Truly a classic, Bette Davis is amazing in this film. I can't fault this movie, the story is engaging and heartfelt and has one the most incredible and memorable last lines in movie history. I suppose you would describe it as a story of an ugly ducking becoming a swan.
It really is a beautiful film in both story, acting and direction. They don't make films of this caliber anymore.
