Review of Now Is Good (2012) by Dave P — 22 Sep 2012
Well acted examination of death and dying. Fewer laughs than 50/50 for instance, but avoids becoming too maudlin until the end. Paddy Considine is very good as the father trying to hold back time and his daughter growing up.
Nice use of location, which is modern day Brighton. Inexplicably does not include any Smiths or Morrisey songs on the soundtrack.
