Review of Novocaine (2001) by Victor L — 19 Jan 2004
Well, it certainly has been a while since I've updated this thingamablob, hasn't it? It's been hard to keep up all of my various blogs with so much going on lately. I mean, there's nothing major happening to me, I've just been busy.
We've been rehearsing "Dance Fever" for almsot 4 hours after school every day now, and this week we hit overdrive with dress rehearsals.
The most major accomplishment of the last three weeks?
Raising money for a gay-straight coalition that I'm in by dressing up in a floor-length black-sequined evening gown and posing for pictures at the cost of a small donation. Our booth did quite well.
Other going-ons... I've decided I want a relationship again, even thought it's only been about 7 weeks... but even that was barely a relationship. I just need to kiss someone again.
I've been reading an awful lot again as well, and I'm really enjoying it. Also, I'm working my way through the complete ouvre of Ingmar Bergman, and that's extremely satisfying.
I'd liek to go out today, do lunch, maybe go shopping at H&M for a little while, something fun, ya know. But I'm definitely hitting up the deli for lunch. So yeah, that's it.
