Review of Notting Hill (1999) by A.d. O — 26 Nov 2011
Silly and cheesy. Hugh Grant is a deft comic actor though and he sells the material. I've never bought Roberts as a "movie star" in the same league as say, George Clooney, but she's good here.
Aside from Grant's collection of offbeat friends it was nice to see Emily Mortimer in a blip of a role.
