Review of Notting Hill (1999) by Viet Phuong N — 06 Sep 2016
Sept 2016: I can't believe that I've never reviewed this movie before. This is one of my all time favorite movies.
Yes, it takes place in London, in Notting Hill, at Portobello Market (three places I've visited with my Mom), so it gets at least a star for that. I love Julia Roberts in rom-coms, so another a star for her. It has one of my favorite soundtracks, which I listen to and put its songs in other playlists, so a star for it. It has one of my favorite lines in a movie ("I'm just a girl..." I won't finish it ruin it for others), along with many others, that are worth at least a star. And, the "chase" scene is worth at least a star on its own.
