Review of Notorious (1946) by Mnemosyne — 20 May 2020
The end is the climax. The clues of the film are naturally explained, without deliberately creating suspense, focusing on the expression of the character's feelings and heart, and the game of the last scene is also quite exciting.
The whole film is complete and interesting. The protagonists and actresses performed very well. Together with the background of the era just after World War II (the sensitive topic of uranium mines) and the beauty of light and shadow in black and white films, it is quite charming.
At the end it was neat and tidy, and the closed fascist will punish the fascist.
