The was a pretty good film. I liked the story. The film was not as funny as I expected. It seemed like more of an indie drama rather than comedy. I would have liked a little more humor. The plot was strong and rich with character stories.
The only bad thing is that sometimes there are too many stories going on at the same time and some of the stories are stronger than the others. I think this deterred from the overall quality of the film.
Still, it was entertaining. I was very pleased with the performances in this film. I am a big fan of Freddy Rodriguez and I enjoyed him in the film. Great performances by the entire cast. Overall I thought this was a nice family story and a good film.
