Review of Nothing But the Truth (2008) by Dean M — 10 Oct 2010
Armed with two strong female performances and a good premise, this film could have been a real winner. The film's main flaw is that it presents a grey issue (national security vs. freedom of the press), with both sides striped to their single, basic arguments, and then picks one side as indisputable.
Polictical movies like this leave me longing for another "The Battle of Algiers.".
