Ending is very disturbing... actually whole movie is very disturbing. Target audience is adults with very mature mind. Notes on a Scandal is a dark psychological thriller which builds with a breathtaking pace.
Brilliant , absolutely brilliant work by Cate Blanchett & Judi Dench (specially the narration part).
