Fascinating footage and pianist interviews, but a little too loose and laid-back in the narrative deparment (using only subtitles and absolutely no verbal narration) for my taste--e.g., I went to pee in the middle virtually guilt-free as far as missing anything crucial, which was liberating, but even or especially a documentary should be a bit more compelling than that.
still, great music selection (naturally) and some very beautiful moments.
