Review of Not Safe for Work (2014) by Roxanne R — 14 Nov 2014
Good and tense film that keeps you engaged as you are rooting for Tom (Max Minghella) who is the paralegal assigned to a case involving a whistleblower at a major pharma company. Tom's boss criticizes his idealism as financially unsound, and when Tom writes an unsolicited memo on an unrelated case on the Gambizzi crime family, one of the partners at the law firm fires him.
As Tom gets ready to depart the building for good, he notices a man behaving strangely coming into the building and curiosity gets the best of Tom placing him in a life and death situation with a hitman inside the offices.
Regardless of being a "low-budget film" it was quite good with enough suspense but the end leaves it open. Totally recommend it on Netflix instant streaming.
