I have to completely and totally disagree with everybody else when they say this movie is terrible. The ratings previously given are harsh and unfair. Not Cool was designed for Shane's fans and they loved it.
The humor displayed in the movie could only be loved by the people he made it for. All of that is why I give this wonderful masterpiece a five out of five rating.
