Review of Nosferatu the Vampyre (1979) by Nicole G — 08 Oct 2007
Visually stunning adaptation of the classic novel, with a few twists thrown in for good measure. Kinski is sympathetic yet terrorfying as the title character. Adjani is almost as creepy as Kinski. Bruno Ganz is effectivly bland as johnathan.
Too bad the story takes a back seat to the amazing visuals, but very worth seeing nonetheless.
