Review of Nosferatu (1922) by Emily B — 05 Nov 2009
FW Murnau's original 1922 vampire classic is an outstanding piece of cinema that has withstood the test time. The lighting and framing is way ahead of its time and the performances, despite the german expressionist exagerations, adds a true sense of dread.
No film can match Murnau's beautiful and bizzare version of dracula.
