Review of Nosferatu (1922) by David B — 30 Nov 2011
Fanstastic silent horror from 1922. The imagery is still haunting, from the phantom carriage which takes Hutter to Orlock's castle, to the seaman strapping himself to the ship's wheel as Orlock decimates his crewmates.
It makes me long for the days when vampires weren't simpering outcasts from boybands aimed squarely at 14-year-old girls.
