One of the worst movies ever if you are rating based on the actors acting abilities. But if you're all about movies about a kid from Arizona who've never really surfed a real wave but at the end of the summer beats a surfing champ.
..and cheezy lines, and bad acting, then this is the movie for you! Plus Nia Peeples was pretty hot.
