Review of North by Northwest (1959) by Jerem M — 09 Nov 2012
One of the better entries in the Hitchcock canon, NBN is full of suspense and intrigue. However, at 2 1/4 hours it runs too long, and some scenes leave you wondering why they were included. (Running around in a cornfield, anyone?) Probably the best film Cary Grant was ever in, though.
