Review of Noroi: The Curse (2005) by Lacey F — 30 May 2013
Another standard entry in the found footage subgenre. Keeps pace and has some promising moments in the first 45 minutes but loses footing and narrative drive in the second half. Ultimately degenerates into the same Japanese-Ghost-Succubus tomfoolery we have come to expect in weaker submissions from the Tokyo market.
Not recommended but for a lack of better viewing.
